Kaylee joined Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors, LLC in August 2021 as an Assistant Property Manager, & was promoted to Property Manager in January 2023. She has a combined 16+ years’ experience in Residential Multi-Family Housing, Commercial Real Estate Office & Industrial Property Management. She currently manages over 10 million square feet of Class A/B Industrial product in Memphis & North Mississippi & is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of property operations & project management. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors, LLC, Kaylee worked for another large third-party real estate firm in the Memphis area where she was a Lease Administrative Analyst.
