Landon Williams

Landon Williams is a Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Advisors. Landon’s practice at CWCA focuses on Investment Sales for Industrial, Office, and Retail products in the Real Estate Capital Markets. Landon works with investors to discover and form their investment goals and implement a plan to achieve those goals.

Prior to joining CWCA, Landon worked as a sports agent, representing and negotiating contracts for professional athletes. He has a considerable amount of negotiation experience, including when Landon’s team negotiated the largest deal for a right-handed pitcher at the time in baseball history ($127.5 million) for pitcher, Matt Cain, in 2012. His proven track record in large dollar, high profile, and sophisticated contract negotiations dovetails well into arranging complex real estate transactions for CWCA’s clients. This negotiation experience translated to success in real estate as Landon represented Mid-America Apartments on their build-to-suit headquarters in Germantown, as well as other clients including Faropoint Ventures, Real Capital Solutions, Titan Manufacturing & Distribution, Clark & Clark, Highwoods Properties, Radians, and C-III Capital Partners.
