Matt Weathersby joined Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors in 2002 and represents multi-market and Mid-South professional services firms, institutions, families, and corporations in the planning and execution of sound commercial real estate strategies. Matt’s emphasis is advising clients throughout the lease/site selection process, financial analyses, and deal negotiations to help the client secure space that is aligned with their underlying business objectives. Matt is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group (TAG), a group of nationwide brokers specializing in tenant and occupier representation. Matt is also a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Practice Group (HPG), which focuses on providing best in class real estate strategies and implementation to users in the healthcare industry.
