Ryan joined Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors in 2024 bringing along his seven years of corporate client advisory experience, navigating the complex real estate needs of national accounts (FedEx, ALSAC St. Jude, AutoZone, Terminix, First Horizon, CEVA Logistics, & City of Memphis) headquartered in Memphis, with portfolios expanding globally.

Ryan has strong retail, office & industrial competencies, and vast experience in site selection, build to suit, and sale leaseback transactions with the goal of portfolio optimization and cost reduction. With over 250+ successfully completed deals across 30+ states, he is confident he can provide solutions to all your goals.

Prior to Ryan’s career in commercial real estate, he worked for ProMatura Group, an international market leader in research for residential communities, specializing in all forms of age qualified housing. His focus was on site selection, demographic & feasibility studies intended for developers/ investors/landowners looking to build age-qualified communities.
