Associate Vice President

Caleb Park is an Associate Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors in the Business Services group, providing clients with Purchasing and Tenant representation.

Caleb provides his clients with strategic site selection, market research, financial analysis, and transactional services including the leasing and purchasing of both Office and Industrial space, as well as additional expertise that helps create value for his office and industrial occupiers and investors.

In addition to the Memphis market, Caleb provides services to companies with a multi-market presence and a need for portfolio services. He is licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi and Arkansas.

Caleb comes to Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors with a combination of property management, construction, project management, and business development experience, havingworked for CrestCore Realty, LLC, Pecan Park Holdings, LLC and NexTech Solutions.

A Dean's List and HOPE Scholarship recipient, Caleb attended the University of Memphis and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor's of Business Administration.

In his spare time, Caleb enjoys duck hunting as an active member of Ducks Unlimited. He is a lifelong member of First Evangelical Church where he and his wife, Morgan, teach a first grade Sunday school class.
