Caroline Klinke

HR Manager

Caroline Klinke joined Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors in 2016 as a Brokerage Coordinator.  In 2017, Caroline began pursuing a career in HR and transitioned into the role of HR Specialist after receiving her PHR© in 2019. After continuing to grow in her HR skills, Caroline was promoted to HR Manager in 2022. Caroline’s responsibilities include recruitment, benefits administration, pay roll administration, HRIS administration, commission tracking and compensation, the management of licensing requirements for brokers, and the management of employee time and attendance.

Caroline was born and raised in Memphis, graduating high school from Evangelical Christian School in 2010. She then went on to graduate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2014 with a degree in Health and Human Sciences and a minor in Psychology.
