Jeremy Turner joined Cushman & Wakefield – Commercial Advisors Asset Services, LLC in January 2016, bringing with him more than nine years of multi-occupied office management experience. He currently manages over 500,000 sf of office, retail & mixed use properties for Commercial Advisors. Jeremy also oversees all construction projects at each facility and has recently played an integral role in a proposed $10 million redevelopment project at the New Town Center in Soulsville, USA.
Previously, Jeremy worked for CB Richard Ellis where he oversaw the leasing and management of more than one million square feet of medical office facilities on the Tenet Healthcare account. Included in his portfolio were Saint Francis Hospital in Memphis and Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia. In less than twelve months, Jeremy successfully negotiated more than 20 multi-year lease transactions that represented an increase of more than $3 million of lease revenue for his client.
Prior to joining CBRE he worked as Asset Manager with Healthcare Realty and was responsible for the day to day operations of five physician office buildings for the Baptist-Memphis and Baptist-Desoto hospital systems. In each of his previous roles, Jeremy oversaw tenant build outs and capital improvement projects including installation of new elevators and build out of state of the art dialysis centers. Jeremy handled each phase of the project from identifying the scope of work to the bid process to ensuring each project was completed on time and under budget.
Jeremy is a proud lifelong Memphian and married to Mallory Turner. They have one daughter, Dani, and live in midtown Memphis.
