Matt Weathersby joined Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors in 2002 and represents multi-market and Mid-South professional services firms, institutions, and corporations in the planning and execution of sound commercial real estate strategies. Matt’s emphasis is in helping clients implement complex real estate strategies that are aligned with their underlying business strategies and while advising them throughout the process of site selections, financial analyses, and deal negotiations. Matt is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group (TAG), a group of nationwide brokers specializing in tenant and occupier representation. Matt is also a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Practice Group (HPG) and Cushman & Wakefield’s Legal Sector Advisory Group (LSAG), which focus on providing best in class real estate strategies and implementation to users in the healthcare and legal industries, respectively.
