Max Aldrich

Principal/Chief Operating Officer

Max Aldrich is Chief Operating Officer with Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors. Aldrich also leads our Incentives Practice Group, providing our clients with advisory services in regards to tax and economic development incentives available from local and state jurisdictions.

Aldrich brings an immense amount of expertise CW|CA. He has more than 35 years of combined experience in the fields of finance and accounting and has worked for an array of prestigious companies such as Arthur Andersen, Univest Financial Group, and Accredo Health Group where he served as Director of Finance for twelve years. Aldrich is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

In addition to his impressive financial and accounting experience, Aldrich also brings a sound understanding of commercial real estate to his position. From 1988-1992 he served as a Marketing Representative for Trammell Crow Company in Memphis, TN. Here he gained four years of experience in the leasing and management of office space. This rare and valuable combination of real estate and financial knowledge merits Aldrich a key component of the Commercial Advisors team.

Aldrich originally hails from Jackson, Tennessee. He received his Bachelor of Arts in economics and business administration from Rhodes College where he graduated cum laude. Aldrich also has his Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
