Pam Faulk, CSM

Senior Vice President

Pam Faulk is our Senior Vice President of Asset Management; she joined Cushman & Wakefield |Commercial Advisors, LLC in 2013 and she has 30+ years experience in commercial real estate asset management and development.  Pam currently oversees approximately 12 million square feet of industrial, office and retail assets as well as a team of property managers, maintenance technicians, and administrative staff.  Pam’s strengths include project management, budgeting, tenant relations, financial reporting, vendor relations, property transitions, and contract management.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors, LLC, Pam most recently worked at CBRE where she served as Senior Real Estate Manager of Industrial Asset Services.  She managed and supervised more than 10 million square feet of industrial properties.  Her background also includes property management/leasing/development of approximately 3 million square feet of retail space in Texas and Tennessee.
