As Senior Vice President, Phil Dagastino, Jr. is responsible for proactively generating income producing business via lease transactions exclusively for landlord/owner representation. Mr. Dagastino is integral in lease-up strategy, tenant retention, and market research.

Phil joined Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors in January of 2008 and has successfully managed many client relationships from individual owners to institutional owners. His office portfolio consists of a total of 3.1 million SF.

Prior to real estate, Mr. Dagastino had a very successful career with insurance provider AFLAC where he finished tops in the Memphis Metro Region for five (5) straight years.
