Teresa Simmons

Senior Asset Manager

Teresa Simmons joined Cushman & Wakefield I Commercial Advisors, LLC as Senior Asset Manager in January 2017, bringing with her more than 20 years’ experience with Class A office, MOB, and retail properties. She currently manages Germantown Park, a six (6) building, 535,000 SF multi-tenant office park and Horizon Business Center, a two (2) building, 235,000 SF flex property.

Previously, Teresa worked as Asset Manager with Healthcare Realty and was responsible for managing more than 800,000 SF of Class A medical office space in the Memphis area. She supervised all maintenance and construction for tenant improvements projects, evaluated tenant leases for compliance, coordinated and supervised all facility maintenance and inspections, prepared property financials as well as operating and variance reports. Teresa also developed and implemented annual property budgets, including capital improvements and replacement programs.

Teresa has two grown sons, Kyle and Lawson and lives in East Memphis.
