Elizabeth B. Jennings

Beth joined Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors, LLC in 2017 as Senior Asset Manager, was promoted to VP Asset Management in 2019, and has a combined 25+ years’ experience in commercial real estate office and industrial asset management. She currently leads the industrial property management team which collectively manages just over 23 million square feet of Class A/B industrial product in the Memphis metropolitan area.  Her team is currently responsible for the day-to-day oversight of property operations and project management for approximately 60 buildings, while representing over a dozen different Clients.  Her strengths include contract administration, operating expense review/reconciliation, capital and operational budgeting/reporting, vendor contract negotiations/management, and tenant relationship management.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors, LLC, Beth worked for another large third party real estate firm in the Memphis area where she had several roles from managing a lease administrative team to operating expense reconciliation audits to office, industrial and retail property management.
