Laura Meanwell is a commercial real estate broker specializing in industrial occupier and landlord representation in Memphis, Tennessee. As part of the CWCA Industrial Team, Laura works directly with clients to provide best in class marketing strategies, transaction management and portfolio analysis. Laura’s experience in manufacturing, marketing, product management and process improvement inform her approach to clients’ requirements.

In addition to her industrial expertise, Laura is actively engaged in the growing data center sector in the Memphis area, advising clients on site selection, power and fiber infrastructure, and investment opportunities. With Memphis emerging as a strategic hub for data center development due to its central location, robust utility network, and strong logistics backbone, Laura helps occupiers and investors navigate this evolving landscape.

Laura is the founding president of the Memphis chapter of CREW Network (Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network) and serves as president-elect of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) Commercial Council
