Luke Jensen joined Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors in 2013 and represents both local and multi-market corporations, institutions, and individuals in planning and executing commercial real estate strategies. Luke’s focuses on assisting clients to implement real estate strategies that are aligned with their overall business strategies while advising them throughout the process of site selections, financial analyses, and deal negotiations. Before working in tenant advisory, Luke worked with CW|CA’s Capital Markets Group. Luke focused on investment sales, debt and equity, development, and principal deal sourcing and structuring.

While working with clients both in Memphis and around the country, Luke served ten years at the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR). He has held various positions including President of the Commercial Council and most recently served on the Board of Directors for the entire association. Luke is passionate about the impact that commercial real estate has on the City of Memphis and its larger MSA.

Prior to joining CW|CA, Jensen was an analyst with MB Venture Partners where he evaluated business plans, conducted due diligence, performed financial analysis, and handled follow-up engagement on potential investment opportunities. He has also developed company specific investment models, modeled sensitivity analyses, and potential exit analyses.
